Subject: AACR conference reminder

Hello, Everyone -
The fourth annual AACR international conference, "Frontiers in Cancer Prevention Research" is coming right up. The conference begins October 30 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Linda Massey and I will be working on AACR posters and presentation materials during the lead-up to the conference. Several of you have already spoken with us about your projects. We want you to have the most attractive and polished materials possible, but we need your help to make that happen.
If you will be presenting a poster or PowerPoint presentation and would like assistance, I encourage you to speak with one of us immediately. Creating and printing the posters is a time consuming process. We are asking for finalized content at least two weeks before you need it. In this case, we'd like everything handed over to us no later than October 17.
If that is impossible for you, please speak with us and make special arrangements. What we hope to avoid is a flood of last-minute requests that we may not be able to meet.
