To say yes, you have to sweat and roll up
your sleeves and plunge both hands into life
up to the elbows. It is easy to say no,
even if saying no means death.

Subject: AACR conference reminder
Importance: High
Hello, Everyone -
The annual AACR meeting is coming right up. The conference begins April 16 in Anaheim, CA.
Linda and I will be giving your AACR posters and presentation materials our full attention during the lead-up to the conference. Several of you have already spoken with us about your projects. We want you to have the most attractive and polished materials possible, but we need your help to make that happen.
If you will be presenting a poster or PowerPoint presentation and would like assistance from the Graphics Team (that's Linda Massey and me), I encourage you to speak with one of us immediately. Creating and printing the posters is a time consuming process. We are asking for finalized content at least two weeks before you need it. In this case, we'd like everything handed over to us no later than April 1.
If that is impossible for you, please speak with us and make special arrangements. What we hope to avoid is a flood of last-minute requests that we may not be able to meet.
If you have any questions about this, please feel free to call, email or stop by to see one of us (Clayton in office M4-B224 or Linda in M3-A886).
Thank you!
